To obtain a paid position working mostly on computers.
I hope in particular to work with web design, graphic design, and/or print design.
My paid jobs have been in computer lab assistance, web design, sorting library books, and being a cashier.
I wish to continue learning new skills on computers.
•Qualifications:
Computer literate:
I have experience in web design, computers, word processing, countless hours on computers, mostly PC but I can use Macintosh as well, and I can problem-solve.
Word Processing:
I have experience making newsletters, editing & formatting text, and creating many projects on Microsoft Works, Microsoft Word 2003 & 2007, Adobe InDesign CS2 and CS3, Microsoft Publisher 2003, Word Perfect, Wordpad, OpenOffice, and Notepad.
Working with people, deadlines, creativity, collaborative projects, publishing accomplishments:
Edited and / or co-edited the newsletter Poets Espresso every two months from June 2005 until present.
Co-edited the publication Artifact monthly from September 2008 until present.
Edited and / or co-edited, printed out and comb-bound 3 poetry anthologies,

Naked Poetry (06/2003, 100+ copies, 42 poets/artists)

An internationally available paperback anthology, Sun Shadow Mountain, (38 poets/artists, published 6/2007, in print).

Basic bookkeeping:

Web Design:
Experience editing and creating HTML, XHTML, CSS, & JavaScript in notepad, notepad++, Crimson Editor, Nvu, Contribute, and Dreamweaver, and uploading with ftp’s and file managers, as well as using Flash, embedding audio playlists and video.
Graphic Design:
I’ve created and edited pictures and graphics in Photoshop 7, CS2, and CS3, PAINT.NET, The Gimp, and may continue studying graphic and publishing arts. Edited logos and other illustrations in Adobe Illustrator CS2 and CS3.
Audio editing:
Experience creating and editing music on Adobe Audition, ProTools, Audacity, Sonar 3, and Window’s Sound Recorder; Radio Production courses taken in college.
